It was worth the wait to use this company. I chose it based on their experience excellent reviews. Eric showed up on time and was HIGHLY courteous and professional throughout my entire interaction with him. He wore protective gear on his shoes and laid down canvas tarps so as not to track dirt into the house, which I really appreciated. He patiently answered all of my (many) questions about my non-functional gas fireplace so I now have a full understanding of my next steps. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would specifically ask for Eric!

Eric did a great job servicing ignition systems on two gas fireplaces. Kept the areas clean (shoe covers, floor drop cloths). Also patiently answered my questions. Good results and good customer service.

Griffin was extremely thorough. He showed detail pictures of the whole fireplace system from the bottom to top and explained a number of options for us to consider. He also detailed what would be needed for a safe and worry-free repair. We had a lot of confidence in him.
