The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to get what I needed(2400 SQ.FT. unfinished 3/4" oak, 1500 SQ.FT. of one LVP and 1000 SQ.FT. of another, plus step treads, risers, and bullnose) within a few days. The prices were great. I worked with two different guys named Jeremy, and both were awesome to deal with in person and over the phone.

This company! I realized I bought the flooring on clearance but please tell me how I am supposed to install these floors? Went through 4 boxes trying to establish one starting row. The side lips are glued on and fall apart with any type of pressure. I can’t install this floor before I buy it. How was I suppose to know? The company will not do anything. Their corporate customer care said he is a supervisor but the corporate will not review at all. Will never buy or will never recommend this company to any one. 2000sqft of the floor. What a scam. So disappointed.

Jeremy Bowman, the sales person that waited on us, was very knowledgeable and helpful with our selection. The product was in our price range. It was overall a good experience.

Fantastic customer service, they made the purchasing process extremely easy. Great products, easy install. I had some leftover flooring that I was able to return and again they made the process extremely fast. I received my refund back on my credit card within three days. I highly recommend this company and I will return for any future flooring needs.

I have a very disappointing experience with Lumber Liquidators (Fenton Missouri store) for Bamboo floor project in our house in May 2019. They scheduled four day installation job where nobody showed up for first two days. They some how finished the job in less than two days with installation defect called "Dimpling". Dimpling is caused by improper nailing. This defect has been verified by NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) certified inspectors. The installer from Lumber Liquidators is saying the defect is caused by moisture and humidity. The humidity was never measure until I filed a complaint. This is noting but an excuse to walk away from the situation. They replaced some of the planks and caused secondary defect such as uneven planks, gaps between two planks, hide gaps by using f
