We've used the hackberry from Dream Home from LL Flooring for close to 8 years. We did one room at a time, and they have all held up perfectly. Rich and his team are very friendly, and very competent. Amazing staff with a great product!

I was hesitant to use LL Flooring due to some negative online reviews I'd seen. I'm happy to say they did a great job! The product is excellent (Sweet plain acacia vinyl plank) and they worked with me on cutting some costs (delivery and demolition). Everyone at this store is very friendly and professional. The installer was similar - friendly, professional, on time and did great work. Would use these guys for my next project. Update: I had an issue where a large gap appeared in a very tough spot (2 doorways in the middle of a hallway). I contacted the installer and he came out and fixed it when he said he would. I had minimal materials on hand (only 1 spare plank!), but he managed to complete the repair perfectly. I would give the installer 6 stars if I could!

Very happy with my experience with Rich at LL. He is very thoroughly, welcoming, and has great customer service skills. I had endless questions, which he answered in great detail. I would come back just to get service from him. People like Rich are hard to come by these days. 10/10

Great customer service - Rosa listened to what I wanted and I left with several options. Went back again and finally decided. Easy process and everyone was very helpful!
