Super disappointed. Ordered stair treads in August, was given a timeline for delivery (1 week). They never arrived. Emailed the store, they said they were coming. Never came. Asked for a refund in October (nearly 8 weeks), they sent me back a partial refund. I asked for the full refund, but they didn’t respond or refund the shipping. Never received the items, the store acknowledged I never received the items, they kept my almost $30 shipping… what was for TWO stair treads 🤦🏻‍♂️.

I purchased my flooring and used LL’s preferred installers back in December 2023. The initial install went well, although the quarter rounding showed up late and they had to use an off-color version instead. Overtime the quarter rounding showed gaps and sharp nails started coming up through the floor. I reached out to LL support care team In April 2024, asking if they could come fix the quarter rounding and the nails coming up through my floor since it was still under warranty. The support team asked me to provide pictures, which I did. Since then, I have heard nothing from the support team and have tried to get in contact with them multiple times. I’m very happy with the floor I bought from Lumber Liquidators in Lancaster. Chad, the store manager, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He showed me all of my options and never pressured me to go over my budget. I highly recommend buying your flooring here.

The project came out beautifully, exceeding my expectations. I’m so thrilled! When a box of product didn’t look how I expected, Chad helped me exchange it quickly and seamlessly. I highly recommend this store.
