Needed PVC quarter round and they made the buying experience much better than going to the big stores. Holly and her staff are on top of things and very helpful.

We bought a 14 year old, 2000 sq. foot, 2 story house in Bedford VA in July. We shopped for flooring in PA before we moved so as soon as we closed on the house, we went to LL in Lynchburg, VA and ordered flooring. Watson Flooring Installations, who is partnered with LL, sent someone to measure the house. The total came to just over $25,000 to rip up the carpet & linoleum and install bamboo floors throughout nearly the entire house, tile the entry in the kitchen, the laundry room and the master bathroom, and of course do the stairs in bamboo. The stairs accounted for right around $5100 for parts & labor. The man who measured the house said they'd be in and out in 3 days. This place is horrible. We walked into a store with the lights turned off the employee was hidden behind the display where you could not see him. He was very rude & seemed to be very unhappy at his job. I had to ask the guy to turn in the lights to even be able to see the flooring at all. This seemed to be a major uncouth him. He was not helpful with answering any of our questions at all. I called the store to speak with manager and she just covered for him. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL IN LYNCHBURG VIRGINIA

Todd @ store 1020 Lynchburg, Va was super great today! He helped me with all my questions, took time to help me with my measurements and all of this was over the phone.
