Customer service was fantastic! I came into the store looking for laminate flooring in a grey. Kevin was extremely helpful with the knowledge that he knew about the flooring. He was also super patient with me whenever I would ask him questions. I also noticed how friendly he was whenever other customers came into the store and was able to help them out while he was still helping me. I do highly recommend :D

The store associates were very friendly. I took in a piece of unfinished wood to match the rest of my house. I already knew it was Brazilian Cherry but I wanted to make sure I ordered the correct thing. After picking up the wood I noticed it was a much different shade than the Brazilian cherry and didn't have much red tint to it at all. Nobody could really confirm or deny if what I received was supposed to be Brazilian Cherry. The few contractors I asked all agreed it was not. The corporate office pretty much told me I got what i got. I had to go with a different pattern to incorporate the different type of floor and pay my contractor an extra $500. The true Brazilian cherry around the borders is the rest of my whole first floor and quite a difference from what is now in my living room.

Great customer service! Pricing was reasonable. I absolutely love the final product. I purchased the Tranquility Ultra 5mm Edgewater Oak. I took the (free) flooring sample to pick out complimenting paint and winded up with Mountain Air by Sherwin-Williams.
