The store manager, Eli, was very helpful during my purchase of flooring for my home. He was very thorough with discussing the different flooring options, which flooring items were on sale, and the steps for scheduling and carrying out the installation. Eli was very pleasant and addressed all my questions and concerns. My new flooring is gorgeous and gives my home a more clean, open, and modern look. The installation went well, and the installers were very professional and made sure I was happy with the installation.

I purchased my flooring from Eli at LL Floring. The installers just finished installing luxury vinyl (Revere Oak) flooring in my entire upstairs which included 2 bedrooms, a loft, and stairs. It is beautiful. The ogee ends in the stairs, while costing a little more, are gorgeous. Eli was very helpful in getting me the right flooring and color for my upstairs. The installers did great work. I am 100% pleased with the outcome.

We purchased our engineered hard wood floor from Eli Devine, he was very knowledgable about the products and very professional. This is our second purchase from Lumber Liquidators first purchase was 10 years ago. We had to go with an upgraded floor from our original selection due to it was better fit in color and style and it transitioned well with our existing wood look tile in the rest of the house. Eli worked hard to get us the best quote. The installer wanted extra glue for the job which we didn't need. Our dilemma was how to get it returned along with one extra unopened box of flooring since we didn't have a vehicle that would hold the load. I had a terrible experience with L L Flooring and Watson Installations. They were supposed to handle my flooring sale and installation, but ended up scamming me with incomplete work. The store manager Eric even ignored my invitation to inspect the final work. The result was ruined floors that are now difficult to fix. The worst part was their complete disregard for my attempts to contact them to resolve the issue. I strongly advise others to avoid these companies at all costs and hire a reputable, professional business for their flooring needs.
