Expected receipt of our flooring yesterday. Called store yesterday late morning to see when it will arrive. Was told by store manager it’s delayed until next Tuesday because of a warehouse change. He just missed the opportunity to notify us. (Has email and phone on order) Asked for a discount to cover 2 guys and truck scheduled to pick it up. Manager Shawn said not an option. Now we are behind a week to get our occupancy permit. Not customer oriented, bad experience so far!

They leave a bunch of trash in your lawn while providing low quality stairs that have fallen apart twice in 4 years. Edit: Called the number and basically got told go call some random firm in delaware for a talk about a trust because i did business with Lumber Liquidators as they changed the named to LL flooring, it all sounds like a way to get them out of all of this. Talk about a shady company, they arent even BBB approved!

This is Trekside Property once again. I’m directing this to the store manager Bryan. This has been over the 20th time we’ve collectively called as a couple since April for missing floors for our steps. Every store associate would tell you that they’ll call you back and you literally NEVER HEAR BACK. Last contractor came and never came back. We lost our patience. We had to install railing before the floor which is ridiculous. Here are some photos of UNDONE and INCORRECTLY INSTALLED stuff. We need an answer.I hope headquarter sees this and assist us. We’ve paid everything and this is what we have. I can’t believe this is what we get for working with a bigger company. This is a HUGE SCAM.

We've had consistently great experiences at this store. We used Coreluxe in our basement in our laundry room and pantry and it has held up beautifully. Alex was super knowledgeable about the products and really helpful - it's nice to have someone who knows their stuff. We've recommended their products to other family members!
