So my parents are in their late 70’s so I came in to shop with them. I was hesitant about buying from a liquidator after hearing they are not as good as the big stores. Tiler greeted us with such warmth I kinda already liked it there! We shopped & I was impressed with the quality & prices I saw! Tiler was not a pushy sales person and knew a lot of information about what we were asking. My parents bought the flooring & had an appointment to get it installed pretty quick! I am totally satisfied with the staff that the Reno Lumber Liquidator. Antonio Mendez found the Bellawood Brazilian Koa hardwood flooring that matched the floors in my home. The wood has been discontinued, but Antonio searched all the stores in the US and found enough boxes of flooring that I needed. I am very pleased with the service I received from them. Thank you
