Getting new flooring for home was such an easy process! I was able to get various samples in the store and decide which I preferred. The order arrived quickly, and installation was lined up soon after. Overall, great experience and I love the end result!

If I could give it a 10 star out of 5 I would. Westley in the showroom had great knowledge of the products and process of installation. He helped my wife and I find the best floor for our home and made the whole process smooth. He answered all the questions I had and always went the extra mile. The installers Emerson and Leandro did an ambazing job. Multiple times they had me check the floor to make sure I was happy with the way it was going. They we're super quick they had the downstairs done in one day. They we're very kind,professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any trace they were there. I highly recommend LL flooring to anyone looking for a good reputable flooring company.

Great experience with Reggie at LL Flooring, Ray's Flooring who oversaw the installation, and especially Elton who did the install of our floor. Elton was on time, courteous, professional, and very detailed in his work. The flooring looks great! I recommend LL Flooring in Rock Hill...great experience all around!

Jason was great, helped me even move the flooring into my house! got a great price too! Installation was smooth, 1100sqft in one day, what a crew! I purchased my floors from them very pleased with what I purchased, I had someone install it for me and it's beautiful. Mayflower Red Hickory Oak is what I purchased, the price wasn't bad at all for these hardwood floors.
