I visited Lumber Liquidators in September 2025 to buy flooring for a mini remodel for my childhood home. Paul C. Walked me through the process of choosing flooring and all of the details of what was needed for the job. The process took some time due to some delays on my end, but now that I see the results? Pure perfection! At a time when customer service is a lost art, Paul C. Is a MASTER at it and a true professional. He took his time to listen and guide me through the entire process and was prompt and thorough when answering my questions. I would advise anyone who needs flooring to go to Lumber Liquidators and give their inventory a browse. Paul C. and his team are the best. Thank you very much!

Super pleased with Arlen Vazquez, Sales Associate. I ordered two boxes of laminate floors (discontinued items) that I desperately needed to replace a couple of squeaking/lose boards in my apartment. Arlen went beyond and made sure the boxes were well packaged and even put corner support so that they will not be damaged during shipping. Both boxes were shipped to Virginia and arrived undamaged. Kudos to Arlen!

About two months ago, my wife and I started looking for new flooring. When we first walked into the store, we were greeted by Paul. He was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our (many) questions. He showed us a bunch of different options, and we ended up going with a laminate that was on sale. Paul made the whole process easy and stress-free. Halfway through the job, we realized we were short a few bullnose and some flooring. Antonio (the manager) jumped in and tracked down the bullnose at another store. Our son ended up driving 3 hours one way to pick them up, which kept the project moving. Two our of the five bullnose pieces turned out to be the wrong, but Antonio went out of his way to get the right ones ordered and into the warehouse within a wee

Horrible experience. DO NOT buy your flooring here. The customer service is AWFUL. They lie and make false promises on timing and when you have scheduled a crew around this and they do not show up they don't call you to tell you it has been delayed. I had a crew on site for three days with no flooring to install! Costs me so much more for the lack of communication. Also they charged a LOT for delivery and I still had to drive over 2 hours to pick up my own flooring and they refuse to refund the delivery charge. 🤯 I am still waiting for a call back that was promised days ago....this is not the way they use to be. Things have changed for the worse! DO NOT BUY HERE!!
