I would like to say how much I enjoyed buying flooring from this company. They have a good selection to choose from. All of the staff here are professional, prompt, honest and flexible. I never had to reach out to them. They called me, e-mailed me and showed up on time. I appreciate good customer service. I would use them again for my flooring needs.

My wife and I went to LL to purchase laminate click flooring for our bedroom. We wanted to match what we had previously installed in all our living areas of the home. We met with Jeff Hall for assistance. We had all our paper work and samples from our previous purchase Sept. 3/2022. Jeff explained that what we have is no longer available. He showed us a replacement that to me didn't look like what we had previously purchased. Jeff assured me that it was the same color with some slight pattern variation. I went to the car to get my full size samples. Sure enough it was a match. We purchased the flooring with a two week delivery expectation. Jeff Hall and his team here in Tallahassee were super helpful. He located the flooring we needed to match the existing flooring we purchase about three years ago. The product was discontinued and he found us what we needed from another part of the country.

Jeff and his team did a great job in assisting us with new flooring for our home. We were unsure of the type of flooring we wanted and they were knowledgeable enough to share which would be best suited for our needs. Not only we’re they knowledgeable but they were also very patient. They encouraged us to take our time and were available when we were ready. After finalizing our decision, the flooring was delivered in a timely fashion. Overall, the final results for our flooring was perfect and the customer service we received was exemplary!
