As I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted with smiles and introductions. I was given a synopsis of the layout of the store and an education of the types of flooring and which ones best suited my needs. I am not exaggerating when I say I spent at least two hours trying to decide, and the entire time I had a salesman reminding me of what I was looking for, LOL, while offering suggestions to narrow down the ten samples I pulled and put back, pulled and put back. Not once was I made to feel I was a burden with the amount of time I was taking. I was given samples to take home, then returned back, and once again I was assisted while going through my process. Store personnel was extremely helpful, and courteous. I had to return 2 boxes of flooring, dry helpful and completed my return. I will return for any of my flooring needs.
