Awesome!!!....These guys called me back immediately and came out within minutes to fix toilet shut off that was leaking after my friends son removed the toilet to replace it. They left us with extra supplies to make it easier for us to replace with the new toilet. They also replaced the main water supply handle that was missing. Very efficient, reliable, polite and professional. I highly recommend Lutz Plumbing.

I called Lutz plumbing after receiving a "courtesy call" from the Utilities Commission of New Smyrna Beach to advise me of "unusual excessive water consumption" and thereby warning me of what might possibly be a major water leak. I chose Lutz Plumbing as they had been highly recommended to me by my neighbor. I also requested that they prioritize my need. Darren and Stan showed up twenty minutes later and promptly identified as well as corrected the issue. They were both very friendly and helpful as well as shared additional advice for future reference. The cost for the visit was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend this business for their prompt response, quick resolution of problem, friendly and helpful attitude, as well as their reasonable price.

Had an excellent experience with the Lutz guys. They were early and communicated with me multiple times to see when they could come out, i didn't have to keep calling them. Very knowledgeable and nice to explain to me what they did and how to prevent it in the future. Will recommend to anyone who needs a plummer. Was informed by the Utilities Commission that I was using much more water than normal and probably had a leak. So I checked the meter with the house water shut off and it was running pretty good (approx 500 -1000 gal/day). I called 6 plumbers and only got 1 return call and they couldn't come for a week. I ran across the Lutz brothers on Google and called them. They came out within a few hours and had the leak fixed within 1 hour. Their prices are very reasonable and their work is top notch. You won't go wrong hiring these folks for your plumbing jobs.
