From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. We chose a fully custom concrete design, built-in tanning ledge, and LED lighting. They worked closely with us to incorporate our vision while offering practical suggestions that made the pool more functional (having to work around a drainage easement and side yard placement). Incredible service and attention to detail. I have an older pool that they have nurtured and brought back to life. I’ve tried other pool companies in an attempt to “cheap out”with disastrous results. My 10,500 gallon in-ground pool had stubborn black algae that Black Algaecide could not get rid of. Lux Pools drained the pool, acid washed the walls & floor, then power washed away stubborn stains. 2 guys in one day. Richard came back when the pool was refilled and expertly balanced the water chemistry. It looks gorgeous. Richard has been my go-to pool guy for 10 years.
