Luxury Bath of Roanoke

Thomas was great, a real professional, I called at eight am, and was contacted three times by office staff. my original complaint of clogged drain pipe, i was advised he would be at the house at 1pm, then was contacted to say he was running ahead of schedule, then again when he was on the way. Thomas evaluated the problem, and fixed the issue that was more extensive than i originally thought. he talked with me as he worked and was cleaned up and gone in 1.5 hours. Great Job!

Thomas fixed the leak that I had, he was very professional very nice and he explained to me everything that he needed to do before he even got started and once he got started it didn't take him very long to do the job. I would definitely call if I ever need any of the services you offer again!

He was conscientious to search for common problems... Listen to my issues wrote up a estimate... I would suggest for future reference.. I could say is I was not impressed with his procedure in the way he left his work area... Thanks again

they are not called luxury bathroom remodels and they don’t do that anymore.
