Hired them to maintain my meticulously maintained propery in Lakewood Ranch for the summer when I left for an extended overseas trip. After several failed promises and missed maintenance and website being down messages for weeks started getting photos and calls from concerned neighbors. Never answers his phone nor returns email messages.You want to trust someone like that to take care of your property? His license should be revoked.

They came on short notice and readily understood the problem and were able to effect an efficient repair.

Our lawn really needed help and Matthew took a great deal of time explaining to us what he felt was the solution. He fixed all the sprinkler heads and saved us money by telling us we didn’t need to replace a sprinkler head that someone else had advised. He even suggested we get some tree branches cut to allow more sun on the lawn. He was patient, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. We are so happy to have found this company and highly recommend them to others needing a trustworthy lawn service.

Unreliable company to work with and unprofessional. I had to ask for my quote then when I accepted The quote I had to call them to find out when they were coming then the day they told me they were coming which was yesterday nobody showed up and now no one’s answering my calls. I should’ve listened to the other abuse when they said he doesn’t show up. What a waste of my time.

I have had services with LWR property maintenance for a little over a year. They do a phenomenal job. They pay attention great detail, they spray the weeds, and anytime I need them to do an additional project they are always available. Highly recommended and very satisfied customer I always recommend them to friends and family.
