They clearly don't want paid, they don't have direct line to AR and once they transfer you to it, no one picks up the phone . I've been calling for weeks to try to make a payment and have received no call back and again no one answers. Like I want to spend this much time calling again and again to pay them with no answer. 🙄 I'm done. They're not getting paid. They clearly don't care and now neither do I.

have been a customer for many years and this place has just been awful to deal with in the last few years. They cant get bills sent out for months then send you late charges and want to know why you arent paying your bill. watch out for this place

I needed some records for my mom's heating costs and I found Lykins on Facebook. I sent a private message and, even though I sent the message on Saturday, by Sunday I received a reply and a promise to get the information as soon as possible. By the time I opened my computer Monday morning I had what I needed. These people appreciate their customers.

Terrible company …. Let us go for weeks after calling for a refill and still haven’t shown up. We have had to resort to getting diesel fuel to make it thus far.
