Lynch Fence Co. Inc

We gave them a deposit to install a fence in August. We never heard from them and we would call occasionally to see if they had a date. We explained that we needed to know when they were coming a few days in advance so we could remove some shrubs in the yard that the fence would replace for privacy. They never arrived to install the fence until November . They called us 20 minutes before they arrived so my husband had to quickly run out into the yard and cut down some bushes. They installed the wrong fence. We asked them to stop and put the correct fence in. They did not secure the yard in any way before they left and it became unsafe for my dogs. The neighbor's fence separating our driveways was rotted and falling down. I took down the old fence myself. Found Lynch online, and called them. Quick to come out for an estimate, and quick to install fence poles before driveway was paved. After the driveway was done (1 1/2 months later), 10+ phone calls to Lynch to keep checking on the status as to when they'd return. I heard "later this week" and "next week" quite a few times. Multiple times I was told, "I'll call you tomorrow, and let you know". I am satisfied with the work, the quality, and the installers. I was not satisfied with the lack of communication of the office staff, hence the 4 star review.

Jamie and his crew were very professional in installing a cedar fence in our front yard not only did Lynch Fence listen to our request but made excellent suggestions, We reached out to other fence companies in our area but everyone of them told us we need to install brand new, Jamie inspected our old cedar rails and indicated they were in very good shape and so was the wire mesh screen, that saved us money in these high money times.
