Run, don't walk from these guys. They are the absolute worst! They gave me a cheap bid for a new roof, so I went with it, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. They rushed through a 2 day job in 2 hours. A couple months later, tar started dripping down the side of my house, all over my specialty siding. I called them and they said they would come remove the tar. They never called or came. So i called again. Again they said they'd take care of the problem, but again they didn't do anything. So i called a 3rd time. They finally came out and then said the tar wasn't from their roof, even though no one else had touched it in about 10 years. So now I have tar all over the side of my house, and they refuse to do anything about it. Again, don't bite for their cheap bid, it'll be the worst

Kaufman Roofers are responsive, dependable, and provide good quality work, at fair pricing. I've entrusted our roof to them for almost 25 years & I'm glad I did! They 've done a great job maintaining our roof! They've even shown me pictures after they finish the job, so I can see how thorough the work is, when they are done. After a horrific inspection last summer we called to have a small portion of our roof replaced. They came and took pictures of areas that were not even in the inspection report and I was mortified. We could have easily had a major roof leak. The team was quick to act and replaced more than I had anticipated with great care, honesty, and a desire to make sure my family was safe. Thank you! I don't understand why people give Kaufman negative reviews. They have been my roofer for years and have always provided outstanding professional service.
