M Praught Drilling

Had an emergency in November, our well went dry and we had no water. They came out with an estimate right away and started work the next day. No one else was even willing to come out for 4-6 weeks even though it was an emergency situation. Explained everything to my husband, did a great job. Most important we have water for the 2 houses on our property and have had no problems with our new well. We went from a sand point to a submersible. We were very satisfied with their work and how they do business.

Very disappointing. I called to get a quote for some work on my well. Mike said he would email one. I waited 5 days. Nothing. So I called back and this time Mike said he had a guy in the area he could send over to have a look. I told him I was home for the next 2 days and would work my schedule around him. Nobody ever came or called. If you can't handle the job or simply just hate money that's one thing. But I believe its terrible business practice to trick a potential customer twice like that.

Mike & his team were awesome! Always got back to us on a very timely manner. Got the job done and were affordable. We would highly recommend them !
