M R Stone LLC

We used M R Stone for a recent install for kitchen countertops which were ordered through Home Depot. While Home Depot provided poor customer service and I started dealing with M R Stone directly everything was smooth from great customer service with Makayla to wonderful install by Sergio and his team. Sergio even went beyond to touch up a piece of molding and ensured our dishwasher was properly connected back to the newly installed countertops. We are overall happy with the work completed.

Brand new white quartz countertops staining. MR Stone quartz countertops made by MSI are NOT bullet proof. M R Stone has a great install crew. They are first class. But the MSI Product they sell is substandard and they refuse to stand behind that product. They shouldn't be selling it or they should be warning customers it is a poor quality quartz countertop! Update: After a few months and our contractor's help, MR Stone sent a rep to look at the countertops. An MSI rep came as well. They admit the countertops will stain. To date, these are the items that have stained our white quartz countertop -- blueberry juice, the blue cardboard pint containers used by produce stores if the bottoms of those containers are wet, and tumeric. The reps actually said I should have gone with anoth

They have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We have had multiple issues with our countertops through ZERO fault of M. R. Stone. They have been in communication and on top of fixing the issues brought on by the manufacturer. They definitely care about quality!! Will absolutely use them for our next renovation as well.

Waiting to see how their service turns out. This rating is subject to change based of their service. Currently this is what we have from them. (See pictures) UPDATE: It has taken A fair amount of time to get to this point. They did attempt to repair the granite with a few solutions of theirs. All solutions failed to make any change. M R Stone has agreed to replace the stone and are currently awaiting the deliver of this particular stone. I will continue to update this post. We expect they will follow through with the replacement, only time will tell. UPDATE: M R Stone did an entire replacement of the kitchen. The new stone looks excellent. Will update in a few months to let anyone know whether or not the stone blues at the seams again. Looks as though a different adhesive was used this

Had brand new quartz countertops put in and they didn't chaulk the top of backsplash quartz against the wall. Bad gap in one corner (see picture). Emailed their representative and she said their service department will reach out to me. That was Nov. 21 and it's now Dec. 6. Had to pay some else to finish their work.🤬
