We originally were working with a different roofing company which pretty much left us hanging to dry and did not push the insurance for coverage. We were then highly recommended over to MTO Roofing. As soon as I contacted Carlos Montenegro, he immediately started taking care of us. He took our case and moved things forward. Carlos and Jeff Youngman at MTO Roofing were great!!! Jeff handled the insurance portion of things, he pushed the insurance unlike the other company. They ensured that everything was going to be okay and worked on everything promptly. During the time of roof replacement, they did an excellent and fast job. Carlos made sure to send me photos throughout the day as the job was being completed. They were such a pleasure to work with. Amazing customer service and great attention to detail. MTO takes away the stress of having to go back and forth with the insurance company. They are very knowledgeable on what needs to be done to make sure the customer is satisfied and they help to eliminate the stress that comes with having any new home repairs. We had a very positive experience with MTO!!! Jeff, Carlos and their installation crew were professional in every way! They were dependable, punctual, and consistently in communication with us, before, during, and after our roof replacement, and they did a beautiful job!!! Our roof is quite high, large, and has steep contours, so the job was exceptionally challenging and dangerous. Thankfully, the installers were well secured, and implemented safety measures at all times, which gave us peace of mind! If it wasn’t for Jeff’s dogged determination and communication with our insurance company over the course of a year, we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to receive the much needed replacement of our old, worn roof!!! Our new roof is absolutely beautiful, and we’ve received many compliments! T
