Milton's guys did some bathroom tiling for me and did a great job. I wanted to get quotes for some other work that needed to be done for my rental property. I made a Saturday morning appointment and when I arrived, no one was there. I waited 30 minutes but no one showed up to provide the quote. I called Milton and he told me his guy was on the way but I had to leave for other appointments. I told him we can reschedule and so we did, for the following Saturday. I confirmed the appointment with him the night before. I showed up on Saturday and again, no one was there. I called and texted and Milton informed me his guy was not done yet, and that it would be another hour and a half. I was not going to wait an hour and a half. Beware of this place! I called looking for an estimate for an interior painting job in Melrose. They said estimates were "free." They sent out a pushy handyman who was in my house for ten minutes, gave me an estimate and said it was going to cost me $90.00 for the estimate because he drives around all day and gives estimates and doesn't make any money. He would deduct the $90 off the cost of the job if I used him. So now I am out $90 for a so-called "free" estimate. What a scam!

It all starts with the right knowledgeable handyman. We were fortunate enough to have James from M T Handyman And Painter. We will certainly use him again for other jobs if needed. and Recommend this to my family and friends!

Arrived on time and finished when they said they would. The job was a little more tricky than first thought but after talking through a few different solutions, came up with one we both agreed would work best and I couldn’t be happier with the result!
