Had a tree limb fall on my package unit and M&W came out and replaced the unit. It was affordable and they got us up and running so quickly. Mr. Mark came out same day and had us quoted and they replaced it beautifully. Will be using M&W for all of our HVAC needs

Very unprofessional. Had a heat emergency in the cold and was told someone was coming within 20 min. Waited over an hour , no one showed up or called . Kept calling the number with no answer only to be texted the next day stating my “homeowner “ would resolve the issue. Poor communication and not nice . Would NOT recommend

I did not have a good experience with this company at all. The technician who came out was extremely rude and unprofessional. I originally called for a diagnostic, but they went ahead and did additional work without my permission or even informing me — and now I’m stuck with an expensive bill I never agreed to. When I asked questions to understand what was happening, the technician kept brushing me off, saying “we have to go,” and wouldn’t explain anything until I insisted, as a paying customer, that I deserve to know what’s wrong with my unit before they leave. Even then, the explanation was vague and the attitude remained rude. This is the best heating and air company that you will ever find! We have been using them for about 15 years and have only had outstanding service! If you have never used them I promise you won’t regret it!
