This family own/operated business is the absolute BEST! They serviced my old unit and kept it running until we could afford a new one. They installed the new unit perfectly, as I watched David out there with a level getting everything set correctly, I knew I made the right choice. 2 years later, I had a weather related incident that caused my unit to fail.... within 2 hours of calling, Chad, one of the sons, was out here, meters in hand diagnosing, and had our unit running within an hour. I only had to pay a labor charge, as he used the warranty to cover all parts. Not only are they professional, they are personable and willing to educate a novice like me on upkeep and how things work, as I'm dumb when it comes to anything electrical. Thanks guys! The most professional and responsive folks one could hope for! A family owned and operated business who made the experience excellent. We bought a fixer upper several years ago and they came out and kept our aged system functioning until we could replace it. They helped us get financing for a new heat pump/ac unit, installed it yesterday, and explained in detail how to use and maintain. The installation is beautiful. The attention to detail is what sets them apart from others!

My AC unexpectedly started blowing out semi-cool air one day, so my fiance called O’Brien and I’m so glad he did! Someone was at my house within an hour and the problem was fixed in the same amount of time. I had just had surgery and I also have 3 kids/2 dogs, so being without AC isn’t ideal. So thankful we called O’Brien Heating and Air!

We can’t say enough about how great O’Brien Heating and Air is! David, Ryan and Chris go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. We would never call anyone else for our AC service.
