Justin and his team did an outstanding job installing the attic lift in my garage. They ran into a few problems along the way but figured them out to get the lift fully installed and operational in a few hours. He fully explained how to operate the unit and also included the functionality of operating the lift from either the garage or attic. They even cleaned up after themselves and took away all the boxes that came with the lift! Great job by the Mr. Handyman team...the lift works great!

James Bonner was the technician at my daughter’s home in Macon. He had to come in and redo a terrible project in her bathroom a previous contractor had done. He did an amazing job. Great personality, always on time and very knowledgeable. I had to drive 1.3 hours to my daughter’s home so I really appreciated him for being honest and true to his word. Amazing work.

I have just had the most wonderful repair experience in a very long time!! James was my technician; he is a very pleasant professional “seasoned” man that really knows what he is doing. He worked quickly to get the estimates for the two jobs I needed done. He was able to answer all my questions in language I could understand.. I have already scheduled my next repair with Mr. Handyman and was able to request James again.. If you are looking for a good company to help with your house upkeep- Mr Handyman is definitely the place to call!!!

Roger came out did all seven tasks and worked straight through the day and didn't take a break or lunch. You guys owe him a lunch. He was very professional, focused and polite. Even protective when the neighbor tried to highjack the apt. Highly recommend.

Communication seemed good when I first contacted them. Dorothy was very good, as was their answering service. I thought everything was clarified as to the type and scope of the work - I'm pretty detail-oriented. And, Dorothy repeated back to me what the details were. The first handyman to arrive, however, was not informed, either because he wasn't clear from the worksheet, or he did not read the worksheet. He arrived without the proper ladder, and was pretty dismissive about whether what we wanted done COULD be done, after all. But, he was willing to travel back to the shop to get the right ladder, come back and see if the work could be done for $175.00, and more if he could actually DO the work. He was told not to bother, and I called Dorothy to find out why there was such an issue. I rep
