Matt came out to my home today and he was very helpful and fixed my water heater. He took extra time to answer my other plumbing questions. I'm looking forward to working with M W Willard again soon. This company did the original plumbing in my home. So when I had a issue with the disposal I gave them a call. The scheduling was prompt and very professional. Michael was on time and very helpful. I wanted the disposal taken out and regular drain put in. He informed me that the disposal was just jammed and he could easily fix it. He was very honest, he didn't have to tell me that. I decided I wanted it out anyway. Was here on time to do the work. Also was very neat and friendly. Would recommend him and the company to anyone! Will definitely call if I need a plumber again!

Used MW Willard to replace an old garbage disposal that had been leaking. Had an excellent experience with this company. Scheduler/front desk person was friendly, helpful and efficient. Mike, the plumber who handled the job, arrived promptly and was both professional and pleasant. He was also very accommodating in answering any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this company.

MW Willard came out to my house for an issue with low water pressure. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly. The front office and Brandon worked very hard to get the repairs done the next day. These guys did a fantastic job getting everything taken care of. They are priced very competitively. Exceptional service. I had a crack in a cast iron pipe. These guys had me fixed up in a jiffy. Everyone I spoke with at the office was pleasant and attentive. They were able to schedule my repairs for the same day. Matt and George showed up on time and prepared. Both technicians were very professional and assured me they could complete the repair. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. No mess laying around, no old parts left to throw away. A+ service. More than fair prices. Excellent results.
