Don't pay before the work is complete I'm no OSHA inspector but, wearing shorts and t shirt doesnt appear to be proper attire for someone who operates a chainsaw for a career. No gloves, no glasses, no hard hats, no protection. Long story short...... Jesse did not show when he said he was going to, did not do the work we agreed on, damaged my neighbors house, and left me with a huge mess. He dropped a massive (4ft+ diameter) maple tree - whole. Less than six feet from my house. No tree expert, or a person with half a brain would have done that. The tree damaged my neighbors gutter and fence on the way down. Over a year ago, Jessie cut down a tree for me that had been struck by lightning. He did a fine job with that part. He promised to remove all of the wood, but only removed part of it. He asked to be paid before the job was completed, and I paid him. Again, he assured me that he ALWAYS completed his jobs. He had trimmed some bushes, and left many branches under them. Jessie offered to do other work for me, since I am a senior citizen and am unable to do everything that needs to be done at my home. I emailed him, private messaged him, and called him at two numbers that he provided when he started the work. No reply to any of them. I am so surprised that he would take advantage of a senior citizen; he was kind and offered to do so much for me when he began to remove the tree. I gue

If I could give Jesse 100 stars I would! He is excellent at what he does at very reasonable rates. He is professional and does more than expected. He is punctual, honest and a good hard working man. Thanks Jesse I -will definitely call you again for future tree trimming.

We chose him due to his 5 star reviews. He doesn't commucate well. Didn't call when he said he would to confirm the appointment to cut the trees. He let limbs fall on lines. Not completely disabling them but disconnecting the from the house. He agreed to let a neighbor (of the customer) help clean up the yard without consulting with the customer. The neighbor and customer are not on good terms. He had said he would come back to do one more thing on the house and never showed or called. He was friendly and got the job done but we were disappointed with the rest.

He showed up when he said he would show up and did what he said he would do. Very punctual. I am impressed with his work and will hire him again in the future. He is a good honest worker who made sure everything was executed the way it should have been. Professional and honest, he deserves the 5 stars.
