Huge shoutout to the Costco contractor who saved us from the terrifying threat of a dishwasher that “wouldn’t fitl and the little lady who just didn’t know what she was doing. He pulled out a tape measure, appeared to measure the air, and confidently declared installation impossible — before telling me to go buy something else and leaving. The dishwasher has since been installed perfectly by someone willing to actually try. Took him about 10 minutes and a push. I’ll be adding photos, since reality seems to disagree with his expert assessment. Extra credit for the condescending attitude. I assume he still got paid for showing up and not completing the work, which explains the impressive speed. The three nicest and professional gentleman came to haul away and install a dishwasher purchase from Costco. The professionalism started a week before calling to confirm the date and address, then 3 days before also to confirm date and time. The installation day morning they called stating they would be there at the estimated time and then 20 minutes before to let us know they were on the way. The install happened the day after delivery, so the dishwasher was in the garage. They were very methodical about unboxing the new one and uninstalling the old one. A well oiled machine. I would add we made sure the dishwasher was empty as was the cabinet underneath the sink to make it as easy and quick as possible. Always personable, reliable and professional. Mike actually explained the options of my appliance and set the time on the clock without being asked. My stove was completely unpacked, all tape/stickers removed, leveled and cleaned of spots and dust! All packaging hauled away. Can’t ask for better service than Mike at Mac Installation

Mike and his team came out and installed our dishwasher. He explained everything to me and even how to best use the machine. Really did a very thorough job. No leaks. No problems. I recommend them unreservedly for all your appliance install needs!

MAC Installations are Sears & Costco Certified and Costco does not fool around. MAC's work is professional, timely and informative. They came out and performed the installation of our new dishwasher (purchased from Costco) . They were in contact with us several times prior to installation and showed up exactly when they said they would. They did a beautiful and professional job on the installation, not leaving a scratch. They tested and went through the operation with me as well as gave me many tips on the proper running and maintenance on the unit. I would not hesitate to use them for all/any future needs of ALL of my appliances. All other service companies should follow their service model--these guys set the bar.
