Nice View
Never had a problem here. Car is out of the sun I won't get any parking tickets. Short walk to waterside, town point park and pagoda. Tide is across the street.
Easy access to shops free for the first two hours.
Good place to park but the elevators keep going out. If it’s raining the stairs aren’t cover.
The price is extremely reasonable, $1 for the first 3 hours. Many parking spots on a Tuesday afternoon, doesn’t feel sketchy and I notice there are security patrolling. Big enough for a full size SUV/ pick up truck. Note: There is no grace period, if you enter the garage, you will be charged. Good place to park to visit the museums nearby.
