Woke up this morning with a backed up septic system, and a mess along with it. I called Troy and he told me he would be out as soon as he finished with another emergency call. He and his crew showed up within a couple of hours and pumped my tank, water jetted my lines and performed a full camera inspection on my system. Luckily my system was sound and only needed a pump out and a new filter. I was back up and running in no time. He and his crew were professional from start to finish. I would recommend Maciel & Son's to anyone in need of an honest, professional, septic service or inspection.

On 07/17/22 we call Maciel Sons( We have used this company in the past to pump our system service was great ) for a clogged toilet. less than 1 hour of work. on 07/18/22 we received a bill for $ 4,880.00 when we called to ask why was the bill so high they added an additional $500.00 . Just to unclog a toilet. in April 2021 a women used them and when she disputed her bill the company dump a full truck of sewage on her lawn. Buyer beware.

These guys are the best! A huge shout out to Danny for going above and beyond — (while working on the septic on our families property) — he noticed that the heat was not working properly and called me right away! Had an emergency and called about 20 different places. Most went to voicemail and few called me back. Maciel and Sons answered right away, very friendly on the phone and got someone over with a couple of hours to fix the issue. Really happy with service!
