Jimmy and Dom from Macken Sewer & Drain were phenomenal. I cannot say enough positive things about this company, and will highly recommend their services. I called them regarding my PVC pipe in my back yard coming from my sump pump being on the fritz during this tremendous rain fall. We were concerned about water getting into our basement. Turns out it was a larger project than anticipated. The tree roots were completely blocking the pipe out to the creek in our backyard. They quickly assessed the issue, got our water flowing with the Hydro Jet and were timely, professional, and kind. Thank you so much Macken Sewer & Drain.

Macken Sewer and Drain installed a new engineered septic system for us. They did an excellent job, the crew was polite and respectful. They showed up and worked full days everyday and completed the full project in less than a week. The owner Jimmy was super responsive and a true professional. When we had plumbing issues before our new septic system, Macken Sewer and Drain were able to come out right way and give us a temporary solution until we got the new septic system installed. Macken sewer and drain came out to my house for a clogged leech line on my septic system. The crew wasted no time at all! They were responsive and on time. When they tried to water jet it, it was discovered that it was full of tree roots and collapsed. Little Jimmy came with a mini excavator and got the line replaced in the same day! Very professional and thorough! I would use them again! Highly recommend their services!
