David originally came out because my roof boot was leaking. He quoted me to replace both and then I had him do some siding repairs too. He did probably 90% of the work but left some small things to “come back next week to fix”. I idiotically paid him all up-front since he seemed genuinely charismatic about my house projects. It took him about 1 and a half - 2 months to come out to finish the siding. He doesn’t finish the job completely before picking up bigger jobs. I was patient for 2 months as he kept telling me “I’ll come back out next week, I’m busy”. But the main issue was the he did boots. The one kept leaking over & over. He sends someone else out and obviously that person doesn’t know what he’s doing. I had to call David out 3 times. After it leaked again for the 4th time, he stopp

Very professional and fast. Had a leak after a big rain he was up on my roof doing repairs the next day in the freezing cold. A++ Update... I had David and crew come out and completely replace my roof.

Dave and his crew were great, they diagnosed the problem, quickly got me an estimate, and patiently waited for me to get back to them to schedule the repair. Once I asked them to put me on the schedule they got me on immediately and showed up 2 days later, and finished the same day. They did several repairs on the roof, including the chimney vent. They were all fantastic.

I had Mack’s Repair Service took out my skylights and repaired my roof. They also closed the opening in my family room where the skylights were and put drywall up. They did such a fantastic job. I was so pleased with their work and their professionalism. While doing this work, they identified other issues with my roof that needed to be addressed. They gave me a very affordable price and did a great job. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends and we also have them do work at our home in the future.
