Mad City Windows & Baths of Duluth

I had Mad city come and replace my large front picture window today. I was notified several times (that's good, my memory stinks) and I was told a service time between 8-10. The crew showed up just after 8. They promptly got to work and had this huge window disassembled and out in no time flat! The lead of the crew was Bryce Martindale and this guy was awesome! He lead that crew of three guys so effectively and with no BS! He's a true leader and it showed! They had the old window out and the new window in in about an hour. I was so impressed! My family and I are so impressed with the new window, it's so nice and beautiful! It really makes our house look so much nicer, and it ups the value of the house. Thank you, Mad City, and also Bryce Martindale for doing a GREAT job!!

Professional and very efficient. CJ did a great job and was very professional. Blake and Bob worked to do a fantastic job. I couldn't believe the caulking job from Blake. I have done caulking before and know how hard it is. Blake made it look like a smooth glass window. I would recommend Mad City to anyone for their bath and shower upgrades. Thank you guys.

Matt and Cody have been great. They are the nicest guys. They put in all 4 windows quickly and they look great. They informed me the last window broke in shipping and reassessed me the window will be replaced and installed at a later date. The company didn't require me to sign the completion document until the final window is installed and I have no doubt this crew will resolve the issue and get my replacement window here and installed with no issues. They are managing the situation as professionals. I'd definitely recommend MadCity to anyone looking for windows. Even though there was a broken window that was no fault of their own the company is managing the issue and I trust they will handle it well throughout the entire process to completion. We were fortunate to have Levi as the installer for our tub to walk in shower conversion. He did an absolutely fantastic job. I was home the entire time and was able to observe Levi’s work. His attention to detail was exceptional. He arrived about 8:15 am and left about 6.30 pm. He was as thorough during his last hour as his first. We are very pleased with our beautiful new shower.

We are super happy with the installation of our new walk-in shower and bathroom window. Peter showed up on the dot of 8am and got right to work after confirming all the things we wanted. He did the installation quickly, quietly, and efficiently, finishing up the entire by 3pm. We have been SUPER happy with everything about the project! There's a reason they have him as their installer. :) During the shower install, Bryce showed up with his team and lickity-split got the bathroom window replaced without slowing anything else down and without letting the house get cold. (It was well below zero that day!) We highly recommend Mad City!
