Great overall experience from the time i signed up for a home visit estimate to the time we got ourvwindows installed was absolutely wobderful. Ben the installer was amazing. He was professional, he was kind, hecus very good at what he does. I'd say he deserves more than a 10 rating. He was prompt abd efficient and a joy to work with. We are hoping that the next 5 windows yet to be done we can have Ben come back to install them.

Salesman was courteous and knowledgeable about our bathroom remodel. Installer was courteous and did excellent work, keeping us informed every step, we had a new bathtub/shower install with new surround. Excellent job! I would recommend Mad City for all of your remodeling jobs.

They replaced all seven windows and frames in my living room and two bedrooms. These windows have reduced my heating and air conditioning bills tremendously. Also had my tub and walls taken out and put in a walk-in shower and surround to the ceiling. The work they did was top-notch, the best Installers. They were absolutely fantastic in measuring, protecting walls and floors, cleaned up after themselves extensively. I love the lifetime warranty. The salesman spent hours with me explaining the windows. They did an excellent job so I decided to have the tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. We had two old windows replaced this fall and are extremely happy with how they turned out. We chose to replace them with larger windows, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The entire project was completed in one day, and everything was left clean and tidy when finished.

RUN, don’t walk away. For 2 years I’ve been trying to get them to make replacement windows right. At least 13 contacts, appointments. Air leaks and ice build up I’m told by Mad City is normal. They refuse to make it right… they are not guaranteed!
