The installer was Kenneth. I was expecting at least two installers, but he informed me he would be doing the job alone. My home is 71 years old and the original tub was removed. Kenneth worked very hard both days without taking a lunch break (not suggested) to get the job done. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The plumber, John came on day 2 to make the connection under the house. He was friendly and also pointed out some issues I may want to handle in the future. And I appreciate his knowledge. I am extremely pleased with our purchase from Mad City. Jaya and Chris our install team did a fabulous job installing our new cabinets, doors, draws and countertop. They were professional, skilled and efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail. They worked quickly and cleaned up each evening never leaving tools or debris in the work area. Daniel did an awesome job and as well as the plumber (forgot his name) who came the first day. Both gentlemen was very prolite and very personable. A 3 day project finished in 2 days. Final inspection next week. Have to wait until Friday to try out the shower. Very pleased so far.

Daniel Say as the Installer and project team manager did a great job. A two day job total at 0ne day for each room was accomplished as promised. One bathroom had previous water damage which was caused by a leaking shower. It was replaced by sturdy new material. A contractor was provided to verify the work was done correctly. The contract was honored, without problem. Out of Several others, This was the most satisfactory Bathroom Project I have ever had done! Mad City has earned my Trust.

I was skeptical at first but these guys did an awesome job remodeling my bathroom. My wife loves the end results and I love that they were done in less than eight hrs and did a great job. I was also happy with the materials they used and most of all the warranty.
