I was very happy with the service from Madco Heating and Cooling. Zach was knowledgeable, honest, and professional throughout the process. He only quoted what was truly necessary to fix our furnace and did not try to upsell or add unnecessary services or markups like some of the other vendors we received bids from. He was communicative, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made the process much less stressful. I really appreciated the transparency and integrity. I would absolutely recommend Madco Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for reliable and honest HVAC service.

High level craftsmanship. Zack installed my solar mini-split system with the highest quality and fast. I seriously thought it was going to take a while since it was just him that showed up to the job site. I guess he doesn’t need the help since he got the job done before my lunch break and the work itself shows he is highly skilled and qualified. I’d definitely recommend him for any AC work.

My air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, on Friday night, with my husband out of town. 😭 With two small kids, and what was looking to be a miserable weekend I called about 40 places trying to get someone out to fix it on a Saturday, in a week of record highs. (Aka: good luck buddy) Zach called me on the phone to get some information and was able to squeeze me in between two appointments. It took him maybe 15 minutes to diagnose and repair the problem, and luckily for me and my wallet it was just a broken capacitor! He also was charging less than all the other places had quoted me just for coming out! I got it fixed and repaired for less than it would have cost another company to come and look.
