Made in Monroe

Had a simple request: cut the center post of a kitchen table to turn it into a coffee table. Simple if you have the right tools and right expertise. I have neither. However, Made In Monroe had both! They took their time and made the cut perfectly. When I am ready for custom cabinets, this is where I am coming!

Cabinets turned out ok. For all the money spent we expected better. We had them come out a couple of times to resolve issues like the kick panels falling down, paint issues with wall board and the vent hood. The vent hood is still coming apart now. The crown molding meeting the vent hood was never addressed. Smart comments at the very end like “we’re ready to be done with you” we’re not evidence of professionalism. We can even see areas where they didn’t cover the side panels completely with paint. I will say they were great in the beginning going over plans and picking out colors. Communication was good. I’d recommend them on simple jobs but stay away for high end jobs.

Made in Monroe were wonderful to work with as our family built our custom home. From start to finish their passion and professionalism and remarkable craftsmanship made the cabinetry in our home truly remarkable and one of the standout features that everyone comments on. Thank you for being such a joy to work with in executing our vision- we so appreciate all the local talent!!

These guys are awesome! The nicest people around , affordable and very professional. They did a high end custom cabinet job for my personal kitchen that looks so beautiful and have also done all new cabinets for two of our rental houses where we were on a tight budget.
