Magic Carpet & Flooring

Gary had put flooring in several homes for us. His prices are always great and his install team was on time and did a great job. He just did two separate houses for us in one day and we were thrilled with the results.

I called Garry, and 2 hours later he showed up at my home. Gave me a price to do LVP ( luxury vinyl plank) and carpet. His price was 1200.00 cheaper than Anderson Flooring and 1500.00 then Top Floors. He guys came 3 days later and installed LVP and carpet in 5 hours it was a great job, and I’m very happy with Garry and his team. Pictures below. Called Gary at the recommendation of a coworker, and he came same day to survey the house and measure. He gave good advice on choosing a carpet color and floor and helped prevent us from choosing the wrong color. I had already done some of the prep work myself (removing old carpet from floor and stairs, removing staples), so his crew was able to finish everything in one 12 hour workday. kudos to those guys!! i actually didnt even see them take a lunch break. i will definitely hire again. The carpet and padding are SO comfy. the LVP is beautiful .

Got a recommendation about Gary and Magic Carpet from our realtor. He came out quickly, showed us his samples, and gave us a price before he left. I later checked the reviews and saw everyone complaining how rude Gary was. Didnt sound like the nice and friendly guy that came gave us a bid. Install guys showed up early and worked all day, and cleaned up after themselves. They couldn't finish our stairs that day and came back promptly the next morning to finish. Once they finished i noticed one piece of transition trim was missing, and Gary promises to send a guy out on monday to finish it. Idk about other people's experience but our experience with Gary has been nothing short of exceptional.

Recently bought a house and the sellers hired Gary to redo the hardwood where there was moisture damage. This company was recommended by the selling agent, Jamie Lewis. It was noted during the closing walk thru and by the selling agent there was a 1/4” lift on half of the new hardwood while the other half has the same 1/4” but as a divet. Just like the previous real estate agent (Robert Keilman) stated, there’s also speed bumps. I called Gary to let him know the problems and pointed out the floor isn’t finished with poly. His work is “guaranteed,” so I was under the assumption that it would be done correctly. He tried telling me that it’s because my floors have been sanded so many times he can’t fix it because his company doesn’t do sanding. There wouldn’t be a drop if that were the case
