I found Magic Carpet through Costco flooring. The sales rep, Stephanie, was knowledgeable about all the product and helpful in the final selection. Javier & crew were here right on time for installation. There were two sets of stairs, a landing and full lower level so, a lot of carpet. The crew got right to work and kept at it until completed. They were fast, too. All done in about 4 hours and it looks fantastic! I highly recommend Magic Carpet for any and all of your flooring needs!

Best experience ever working with Magic Carpets via Costco purchasing. Just finished a 1 1/2 day install on 3 floors of gorgeously plush Shaw’s Elegant Beauty carpet in Lunar Rock with highest grade memory foam. It’s like walking in heaven! The installers at Magic Carpet did fabulous work with a challenging job! They wrapped the carpet around the catwalk area upstairs and perfectly laid the carpet on the steps to show a row of diamonds along the front edge of the step. Beautiful work!! The carpets are gorgeous and I thank Stephanie Walker for her patience and guiding me toward the perfect carpet!

When you spend large amounts of money to revitalize one of your most important investments, your home, you want something that makes your heart sing. Our experience with Magic Carpet created no singing hearts, but I suppose it could have been worse. Here's what was good, and what could have been better... The good: - Our in home sales consultant was well prepared and brought a lot of choices that were on point with what we envisioned - The process of selecting and ordering the carpet was rather easy and straight forward - Installation included moving furniture and they took away the old stuff Could have been SO MUCH better: - The seam of the carpet was put in the most visible place in the room. We had Magic Carpet put in LVP flooring in our kitchen, dining room, and entryway. The kitchen and dining room went fine, but there was some confusion on the stair nosing for the entryway and they needed to come back and put it in. The one they installed later is completely the wrong color and does not match. They were supposed to come back multiple times and install a new one, but they have not been back. I have spoken to them many many times and they promise to have it done, but it never gets completed. The floor was installed in September and it is now February and the stair nosing still has not been replaced.
