The lady has an attitude when calling to let me know when they will show up... A day later. She also wanted me to pay with card over the phone and the gentleman that did our drain said cash is fine or check because they charge $10 for credit card. I understand your on a tight schedule but so Is everyone else!? Very rude customer service. Not reliable with time and very open to their opinion with how bad the situation is. They should have shown up the day we were scheduled. Oh and the gentleman has "no idea" what the ladys name is that was extremely rude but tried to be nice. A fake face. I shouldn't have to deal with this at all!! Hospitality goes a long way! We used to like this company but it's gone down hill. Since when is it ok to talk to customers how ever you feel like? Always have had a positive experience with these guys. They came out and snaked my drains a couple of times from sewage backup in our rental (someone used to like to flush wipes :( ) they even have cameras and showed my husband the entire length of our pipe to the road we are always concerned because there is a big tree in our front yard that we worry about roots. They’ve always been helpful to me and yeah they aren’t the most extroverted guys but at the end of the day I’m not trying to talk- they are here to do a service and they complete that service well.

Their receptionist was very pleasant. The guys that came out were not very personable. Didn't even introduce themselves or tell me their names. They also could not fix my clog. They left my house in a complete mess. Debris splattered all over my walls and my floor. Took me 2 hours to clean up after they left. They only charged me for a service call though and they were here for several hours. I will give them credit for that.

We called magic city and set an appointment, they cancelled day of and rescheduled for next day. No big deal. Next day comes i never received a call during the 4 hour gap they were supposed to come. I call back politely and ask if they were still coming out, lady proceeds to be extremely rude on the phone and then hangs up. I call back and she proceeds to ignore my calls. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend their customer service to anyone.

Their customer service is horrible, please don't use this company everyone there is extremely nasty. I will never ever call this company for anything. I work for a government job, and we use them for jetting main water lines, and every time I call they always have an attitude or is very rude.
