Just piles of junk everywhere, most items aren't priced, and workers sitting around like they don't have anything to do, even though the whole place is trashed. Everything priced was about 80% of what I could get it for on a good day (sale), but has no warranty, no indication of if it works, or if missing accessories. If they priced things reasonably, they'd move through product, but since they don't they have more than they can organize, so it has just piled up...

I ordered a Ridgid shop vac. It was listed as open box. It was used. The filter was dirty. It's missing several parts. The water plug is missing. You can't use the vacuum without the water plug. It was $70. I was told I could return for a full refund. He's now ignoring me. Just don't buy anything from them. They are scam artists.

I ordered a Rigid shop vac 12 gallon from this store. I don't have a problem with Magic Depot, but the vacuum did not last even 90 days before it broke. I did not get a response from Magic Depot on how to request warranty info.

Filthy, dusty, and cluttered with haphazard stacks of cardboard boxes every where. Even the path to the front door was narrow and sketchy. Almost impossible to see things the warehouse was so packed and items on shelves were inaccessible. No one noticed us until we asked. Then, they spoke in a foreign language. Prices were advertised as much cheaper and the price tags were non-negotiable. Bait and switch. Horrible place!!
