Absolutely amazing!! They did the most amazing job removing pet and kid stains on my carpet. They did an extra area and my recliners free!!! Were so friendly and professional. They had better pricing and quality work than Stanley steamer we had previously used. Will definitely use again soon.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I scheduled a spring cleaning for my mother in laws house located in Marion to have the furniture in her house cleaned and couldn't have been more dissatisfied! They spend less than 30 minutes in the house and after a quick inspection I found the couch wasn't even vacuumed. All they did was spray it with something. Random items were found in-between the cushions which led to me asking what exactly was done to the furniture. The employee responded with a bad attitude and foul language and proceeded to hand my husband an invoice. It was a terrible experience and a waste of efforts. I would not recommend a company who doesn't take pride in their work or the customer service they so clearly lacked in. After we called a second company came in they couldn't b

I live in a 6 story apartment building, the 5th floor was in sad shape carpet stained badly. I didn't think they could get it clean, but it's clean it looks like a new carpet. They are still in the building. The job looks fantastic. I'm telling management to. Magic steam is number 1 in my book. Awesome job
