Probably the best service I’ve ever received from any company—and that’s not an exaggeration. Merce was phenomenal. He clearly loves his work and went above and beyond to get my deck power washed and windows cleaned. Because I wasn’t very clear with my instructions, he actually had to return two more times to finish the job. Despite the mistake being on my end, neither Merce nor Magic Wand ever complained—they came back promptly and handled everything with professionalism. On top of that, Merce even power washed the driveway for free. Scheduling with Magic Wand was easy, and Merce is truly an outstanding employee who seems more focused on delivering great results than anything else. Highly recommended!

I have used Magic Wand pros twice and have been very happy both times. They were easy to schedule and had great prices. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. First time, they cleaned my concrete sidewalk and stairs. I couldn't believe how clean they got them. Second time, they cleaned the outside of my gutters and all the siding on my house - again very happy with the results.
