Maid to Perfection

Maid to Perfection is now Paragon Cleaning with same unreliable staff and cleaners. This is the worse cleaning service ever. They are incompetent. I have had to have them redo my cleaning quite a number of times and also they don't show up when scheduled because of failure to enter me the book. Because of their incompetence she immediately wanted to reschedule a different day and wanted me to accept that. Today I got ready for them and waited. When the time passed I called and was told I was not scheduled for today. I have an email to confirm the date. The person that I talked to was rude and told me to get another cleaning service and then she hung up on me. I have had MTP coming to my house for about 6 years now. I ask for the same cleaner (until they may leave then I get someone else) because I want them to know what to do week to week, and I feel more comfortable with them in my home. They are good about keeping in touch regarding holidays, changing my schedule if necessary, such like that. The women who come to clean are always professional, clean and pleasant. They have also done specialty cleaning when needed.

Maid to Perfection has been cleaning our house for several years now. I love it. They do a wonderful job and work well rescheduling when holidays and cleaning days coincide.

Highly disorganized. They lost track of my appointment (for two people to clean for 2 hours) and then offered to have one person come out to clean, at the same price that two people would've cost! It felt like a bait and switch. Then they recommended buying a Groupon, which I did, and the cleaner never showed up!!!!!

I am a customer for at least 5 years. I’m extremely pleased with this service. They will customize your service to your needs. Highly recommended.
