Two recent experiences to share. First, These ladies are hard working, friendly and really do a great job. It is so nice to come home to a clean house. Let's be honest, if it was easy and not time consuming we would do it ourselves! Second is the recent experience I had with the office manager, Rose. She called to apologize that the regular cleaning lady could not be in today. This is super unusual. She worked with me to reschedule the next day and really listened to what I needed. She is the nicest person and truly cares about the business and the ladies and the customers. Highly recommend these ladies to care and clean your home like it was their own!

My mom used MaidPro Evanston for years she lived in Glenview. She was happy with the consistency, pet frand the way they cleaned. They were dependable, affordable, and always did a good job. Mom passed away and we had the house cleaned one last time. I was amphitheater the job they did. I decided to hire a cleaning company in Iowa ( it was not MaidPro, due to the fact that Maidpro didn't have services in the area). Suffice to say I fired them the same day they cleaned because they were terrible. The point I'm making is MaidPro Evanston has a well-trained staff that does the job so well. I now appreciate what my Mom had and wish I could have that in my area. I have been using Maidpro for over 17 years. They are the best. They arrive within their scheduled window, do a great job, and are very easy to work with. If a schedule change is necessary it is easy to work out.

The Maid Pro team is a pleasure to work with. We only need cleaning when we're in town (2-3 months a year). Many other agencies can't accomodate that or charge extra if you're not a frequent customer. Their cleaners are very nice and do a good job. They're also very fast!
