I recently used MaidPro Home Cleaning for the first time and I'm thoroughly impressed! Their attention to detail was impeccable, and my home has never looked cleaner. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly. What stood out the most to me was the one on one customer service. I got 6 months schedule i advance, my last cleaner would just basically how up when they felt like it. I appreciated their personalized approach to cleaning, ensuring they tackled areas that mattered most to me. Overall, MaidPro exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely be using their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

My life has improved so much by having MaidPro keep my house clean! Jessica does a wonderful job. My family is made up of some serious slobs, but Jessica comes every 2 weeks and it’s like a brand new world. So grateful to these guys for what they do!

Make sure you ask for Jessica. The other cleaning ladies are no good. But Jessica is top notch. She’s very sincere, very thorough and will make sure she leaves your home sparkling and you satisfied with what you paid for. I take a weekly cleaning from them. And don’t go strictly by that 49-point list because a lot of homes don’t necessarily have all those features as in, if you live in a standalone house vs a 2 bedroom condo.

The first cleaning of my home by MaidPro was fabulous! I am so impressed and looking forward to continuing having my home cleaned biweekly by this company.

I was prepared to leave a good review because the cleaning pros were actually pretty good. I decided to cancel because I originally asked for having 1 professional come out but every time I had a clean scheduled I would get a new pro. So, I called to cancel and what happened next is the only reason I'm glad I cancelled and am now leaving this 1 star review. I gave my reason for needing to cancel the services and was spoken to very rudely and hung up on (twice) for asking to cancel the services. It shows that this company (or perhaps only the branch operators) don't have integrity.
