I've used their services to build a new fireplace from nothing and build a back splash for my kitchen and bathroom and let me tell you they did amazing job. They work very fast and they help you with everything, choosing the tiles, picking them up from the shop etc. Additionally they work extremely clean and when job is done they clean again. I highly recommend.

Denys and his crew were an absolute blessing for a first-time homebuyer with improvements to make. They were flexible and worked with us to make our renovations just what we wanted. Creative solutions and adaptive planning. At a price that was fair, especially after my experience with other contractors; when he could have run up bills, he didn't and even suggested ways to save. No shortcuts and professional quality, and I also never felt like I was just another client of some corporate firm. I wanted to work actively with someone to realize a specific, simple vision, and Denys became practically my comrade in reaching that goal. I'll work with him on the next project for sure. Can I give this man and his crew six stars?

I'd like to first point out that I was not asked to write a review, and am doing so at my own accord. The project is 95% done, and Denys has been the best contractor to work with, truly. He's polite, professional, and actually listens. His guys have also been great to work with. He stands 100% behind the work that his guys do, which is so appreciated. He picks up the phone when you need to get in touch with him (and if not at that moment, he will call back asap), and doesn't ghost. If anything goes wrong, he's right there to make it right. Honestly, it's been a pleasure working with him and his guys, and I will definitely be a repeat customer (and sending everyone I know that needs a contractor his way). A HUGE thank you to Smart Service Construction. Definitely 5 star service!

Kalin & Alex were here on time. They understood what needed to be done. They immediately went to work and had 4 jobs completed within 2 hours. They were polite, competent, and a pleasure to deal with. I will hire Smart Service Construction again for handyman work.
