Brian “Moe” provided the best service I have ever seen and can’t say enough about his work ethic and his humanity towards my 90 year-old friend while working on his 1930 never touched electrical service since it’s original installation. He took the time to explain everything pertinent To the codes and his attention to detail was astounding. We can’t thank him enough for his dedication to his trade and his humanity. Princeton air was quick and professional when I requested a quote for a new gas powered boiler for my hot water radiator home heating. The bid was very competitive with the three other bids I obtained so I decided to go with Princeton air because of their stellar reputation for high quality work. I was not disappointed. I am extremely grateful to Princeton Sir Conditioner for the service they provided with Mr. Gaines. He resolved the issue with the unit. Very diligent. It seems the problem stemmed from the unit’s age. They couldn’t find the replacement part at the time. The cold in my house was unbearable. The technician, in his search, found something that could be adjusted for the unit, with had been installed 10 years prior. He located it two hours away and returned with it. It took him a considerable amount of time to adjust it, but he succeeded. He informed me that The PAC finally had found the correct part, and he would return next day to make the necessary replacement. Fatmir did an incredible job. A few days after the snow storm and with multiple below freezing days in a row, we got home to find our heat wasn't working. We called Princeton air at about 7:30 pm and Fatmir was at our house within 2.5 hours (I'm definitely happy i signed up to be a member when they serviced my generator). Despite the late hour, Fatmir was not in any hurry. He took an organized step by step approach to diagnose the problem which showed clear knowledge of what he was doing. He successfully diagnosed the problem and came up with both an immediate short term fix and a permanent fix. After he confirmed the immediate fix did indeed solve the problem, he gave me a detailed explanation of the problem, why it caused our heating issue and what the appropriate fix was. He then gave

Totally fair and reasonable, the work was completed correctly the first time and informed us along the way of the repair he’s the was doing and how he corrected the issue.
